By accessing or using Wraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
Description of service
Wraft is an open-source document lifecycle management platform that provides tools for creating, managing, and automating professional documents.
Our service includes document templates, workflow automation, e-signatures, and secure storage capabilities.
The software licence
The Wraft software is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3). That licence, not these terms, governs your rights to use, modify, and distribute the software itself. You can read it in full in the repository.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the hosted service we operate and of this website. Where the two documents address different things, each applies to its own subject: the licence to the code, these terms to the service.
Running a self-hosted instance for your own internal use creates no obligation to publish anything. AGPLv3's copyleft applies when you distribute a modified version, including offering a modified version to third parties over a network.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform. The Wraft name and marks remain ours; the source code is available to you under AGPLv3 as described above.
Limitation of liability
Wraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
